• Studied law at the Ruhr University in Bochum;
• Trained as a lawyer at the Berlin Court of Appeal, admitted to the bar in 1992;
• After working for nine months in a commercial law firm in Paris and one year in a US law firm, I worked for several years in the legal and tax department of an international auditing firm (now called PWC) in Berlin; Worked as a consultant for the Treuhandanstalt Berlin;
• Partner at Bockholt Steinrücke Heldt since 1995;
• Certified as a tax advisor in 1997.
• Volunteer positions:
• • Vice President of the Westphalia-Lippe Chamber of Tax Consultants and has been the President's Deputy since 2007;
  • Member of Committee 10 of the German Federal Chamber of Tax Advisors for "Tax Advisory Law Nationally and Internationally";
  • Deputy Chairperson of the Association of Liberal Professions in the State of North Rhine-Westphalia since 2014.
